In your 3 years as a resident, we made several maintenance calls to your home, with no complaints from you. We do have 2 vendors who will NOT WORK WITH YOU again.

YOU signed an agreement to pay for drains clogged by a list of foreign items, among them ‘hair’. The owner pays for calcium, roots & pipe corrosion. Your TUB drain was FULL of hair, seeming to come from you & your TWO dogs. You agreed to keep ONE dog.

You have publicly slandered us, while you are the one who breaks our agreement. We’re sorry you are not happy, and we are not guilty of your charges.
