I just wanted to send you a message letting you know how pleased we were in working with Shannon, from the initial discussions on getting to see the apartment, having my questions answered on application forms and getting the move-in forms completed and signed. She explained everything in detail and walked us through that process and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot! My husband and I had lived in the same apartment for 30 years and I was a bit intimidated and unsure of how to go about the process of renting another apartment and Shannon definitely helped alleviate my concerns.
